Why come to an open event?
Whatever stage you’re at – just dipping a toe, starting to explore, or committed to finding some training – or you’re a church leader wanting to find out more about what goes on here – we’d love you to come to an Open Event so we can share our vision for training, introduce you to some students, and give you a glimpse into life at MST. Our Open Events are designed to help you think about the importance of theological training for ministry and to discover how we prepare people for the broad and deep demands of ministry.

Dive into the intellectual vigor of MST by attending one of the engaging lectures. You’ll have the opportunity to experience firsthand the profound insights shared by our esteemed educators.
Join us for Chapel
Experience spiritual reflection and community connection at our Chapel services held every Wednesday at 10:30 am during study periods. It’s a time to come together and focus on spiritual growth and community connection.
Chat with students
Learn directly from current students about why they chose MST and their experiences so far. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get a real student perspective and see if MST feels like the right fit for you.

Iona has been at the College for 13 years, is married with two boys and in her spare time enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Diane Naidoo

In her down time Diane loves listening to old-school RnB music and watching rom-coms. The highlight of her life is spending time with her grandbabies.
Daisy Barnard
Dean of Students
This is Daisy’s 10th year as part of the college community at MST & Eastern and she loves listening to vinyl records and baking with her husband.
MST hosts an atmosphere of intellectually and spiritually challenging conversation, and encourages critical thinking, which sustains my confidence that my worldview is being shaped powerfully by sound theology and my relationship with Jesus is tested and strengthened as a result!"
