Recently, I was privileged enough to be involved in experiencing the Outbound trip to Kununurra. It was a truly refreshing and inspiring trip, as it provided a different perspective as to how members of the body of Christ meet and edify each other. For me, being involved in God’s mission is a non-negotiable aspect of my life. To be part of God´s mission is a privilege, and a command, but not a burden.
As far as I’m concerned, the Outbound trip should be a clear, and definite part of the MST journey. It is a trip that provides the means for the intellectual learning to be applied in the world around you.
I applied for the Ade Rickard Scholarship because it enabled me to explore areas of God’s mission that I had not experienced before and I am deeply humbled and grateful for this experience.
